My Story

Since 1996, I have helped both large and small companies with eCommerce and eMarketing initiatives. This simply means I help people sell things online.

In 2009, I moved away from a career in traditional and digital marketing and focused exclusively on “social media marketing training” for real estate and lending professionals.

I researched, wrote and produced three (3) different 90-minute “workbook based” seminar/training/workshops. Originally I did seminars on the main social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google+, Instagram.

These 90-minute seminars were offered as (1.) Private Corporate Training for real estate brokerages and mortgage bankers (2.) Large Industry events such as conferences, associations, organizations, etc.

2010-2015, I traveled from Florida to Missouri to Maine – as Mindfull Seminars averaging 80-90 seminars per year. You can see a comprehensive archive of the seminar/training/workshop events and photos here: Mindfull Seminars <

Over time,  based on the post-seminar attendee surveys we collected – the broadest continued interest from my sponsors and hosts became Linkedin – with more of a B2B focus. I then developed the following proprietary industry-specific training:

  • Linkedin Essentials for Real Estate and Lending Professionals
  • Linkedin Essentials for Loan Officers
  • Linkedin Essentials Recruiting for Loan Officers

Each 90 minute Linkedin seminar was followed by a 30 minute live and interactive “Q & A” with an optional 1-hour workshop.  As this course teaches marketing practices to business people – I was only able to offer Continuing Education Credits in a few locations.  This training is formatted and structured like a CE Class, however, no CE is offered or given.

Since 2009, have trained over 15,000 real estate and lending professionals thru approximately 500 seminars/training/workshops from Florida to Missouri to Maine.

Linkedin Seminar Client types include; Board of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Associations, Women’s Council of Realtors, Private Mortgage Bankers, National Banks, Mortgage Brokers, and many of the top real estate brokerages in the country.
